ST BENEDICT'S was built as a place where people could come and be quiet, reflect and pray, so it is set up as a classical Retreat Centre.  You are offered regular home cooked meals, friendly staff and personal attention when you need it.

The other facilities are:
• CHAPEL seating up to 30;
• a lounge and library which has comfortable chairs as in a lounge; this can be made up for a conference – tables and desks – for 40 ;
• a dining room for 40.

An acre of beautiful garden, with a focus on the newly-laid labyrinth/prayer walk and fishpond: garden furniture encourage a small group or individual to enjoy nature and recreation.

LIBRARIES: the lounge and St Francis Room have substantial libraries for general theological and light reading material.

The Main House

• 30 single rooms with shared bathrooms.  In the main house, the SISTERS' WING – with 7 single rooms (3 of which have 2 single beds bringing the number to 10), with a bathroom/shower and separate toilet).
• St Francis room has a separate ensuite bed and bathroom and adjoins a library cum lounge.

THE CONVENT - 5 rooms ensuite and a separate study/lounge with tv and kitchenette.
